We create custom logistics plans to efficiently execute all of the wonderful details and events our clients have dreamt up for their wedding day.

We begin our process by meeting over several months to become familiar with your venue, vendors, details, and formalities.

The first order of business is a site visit. Then, an in-depth details + timeline meeting. Next up, we connect with your vendors. Followed by the design of your timeline and logistics plan. Finally, we distribute the timeline to all of your vendors. This facilitates seamless collaboration between your service providers bringing your vision to life.

We get you beyond the planning process and on to enjoying your wedding day with your bridal party, family, and friends. Ensuring you focus on making only positive long-lasting memories of your wedding day.

We got you!

WHILE YOU.....

Are getting your glam on and hopefully pregaming with the girls (and boys)
We are receiving vendors, counting out rentals, and setting up!

While you are taking photos, having your first look 
We wrap set up and manage vendors as they arrive

While you are at church or during your on-site ceremony
We are lighting candles and making sure all is running smoothly at the reception site.

While you are taking photos or at cocktail hour
We are transferring decor items from the ceremony site to the reception site

While you are between formalities
We are busy setting up said formalities and prepping vendors for the next event on the timeline.

The Postponed Wedding

The Pretty + Posh team was AMAZING!!! Dee was always there to save the day, she helped us troubleshoot things and most of all allowed me to enjoy my wedding stress free. She communicated with all of my vendors and helped us create a smooth timeline for our wedding. She did an amazing job helping to set up the reception and made sure everything was where it was supposed to be.
